Your Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure fiscal health- Align portfolio investments with strategic business objectives through close collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the portfolio
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and insights to senior leadership and key partners
- Drive continuous improvement by developing and refining portfolio governance processes
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with business managers, product teams, and finance to ensure transparency and alignment
- Leverage tools such as PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and support strategic decision-making
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal compliance standards

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:- Strong financial competence with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities with a focus on collaboration and expectation setting
- Hand on knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working (Kanban and Scrum)
- Solid attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in delivering outputs within deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve financial challenges effectively
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, including Jira, Excel, PowerPoint and Business Process Mapping tools.
- Solid understanding of portfolio management and governance frameworks
- Relevant experience in portfolio management, project management, or financial operations
