Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
• Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge/experience with large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Experience with Oracle Financial.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities.
• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support technology delivery.
• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for defined deliverables.
• Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Gathers/facilitates status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
• Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.
• Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
