Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an IT Project Manager – Claims Adjudication / Healthcare for their Hartford, CT/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Senior Manager profiles who has strong Technical/IT project manager experience along with good experience on Claim Adjudication and who understands Claim terminologies and has experience in managing Claim Adjudication related projects specifically.
Requirements:
Preferred experience in healthcare/insurance and Claim Adjudication
Previous experience in managing Claim Adjudication projects
Previous work experience with CVS/Aetna is preferred.
Experience managing large platform modernization or transformational projects/programs.
Preferred tools include:
Jira, IBM RTC(Rational Team Concert), IBM RRC (Rational Requirement Composer)
Clarity (for budget management), SharePoint, QuickBase and other Microsoft office tools
Experience in Serving as both Scrum Master and Project Manager.
Budget management responsibilities include resource hours/costs, SOW, infrastructure, and cloud expenses.
Experience managing Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.).
Proficient in developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (skilled in PowerPoint).
Experienced in providing status updates, including risk and issue updates, to senior leadership.
Capable of facilitating both technical and business discussions.
