Project Manager / IT Project Coordinator 

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree
  OR
• 4 years of job-related work experience
  OR
• 2 years of job-related experience + Associate's degree (any major)

Required Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead 1–5 concurrent projects within a strong matrix environment using SDLC methodologies
• Develop and maintain:
  • Project plans
  • Communication plans
  • Risk management plans
  • Project documentation/artifacts
• Manage projects from:
  • Initiation
  • Execution
  • Implementation
  • Closure
• Ensure deliverables are:
  • Completed on time
  • Within scope
  • Within budget
  • Aligned with BCBSSC standards
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders through:
  • Meetings
  • Status reports
  • Recaps
  • Correspondence
• Monitor:
  • Resource requirements
  • Assigned deliverables
  • Project budgets and hours
• Identify and manage:
  • Risks
  • Issues
  • Scope changes
  • Resource constraints
• Provide written and verbal project status updates as needed
