Agency is seeking a Project Manager to support its Medicaid Enterprise Modernization Program.This role will focus on project scheduling, PMO support, reporting, vendor coordination, and project governance activities within a large-scale Medicaid transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Track project milestones, critical paths, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Produce project metrics, schedule variance reports, and resource forecasts.
Facilitate schedule meetings and provide weekly/monthly status reporting.
Support PMO governance, change management, and project controls.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, project managers, and technical teams.
Monitor vendor compliance with schedule management processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or Associate's degree with 10+ years of PM experience).
3–5 years of PMO experience, including project governance, scheduling, risk management, and project execution.
2–3 years of project planning, scheduling, reporting, and resource management.
2–3 years of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or other Project Management certification.
Experience with Microsoft Project Server / Project Web App (PWA).
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
