About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join a high-impact team supporting enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives for a leading wealth management client. In this role, you will contribute to leading the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery is aligned to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across business and technology workstreams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution and escalation when needed.
- Track progress against project goals, budgets, and resource plans, and communicate variances clearly to stakeholders.
- Facilitate governance meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and decision-making forums.
- Partner with business, product, technology, and operations teams to ensure requirements, deliverables, and handoffs are well coordinated.
- Support change management, implementation readiness, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project documentation, action logs, RAID logs, and reporting artifacts are current and accurate.
- Promote delivery discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in project management, program coordination, delivery management, or related roles.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder governance.
- Experience working with both business and technology teams to drive execution.
- Strong communication, organization, and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience with project financials, resource planning, and executive status reporting.
- Exposure to enterprise platform, digital, operations, or transformation programs.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
