Job Description:
As an IT Project Manager Contractor, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery.

Primary Skill Required for the Role

Genesis – Contact Center
Level Required: Advanced (6–9 years experience)

Additional Skills Requested

SAP C4C – Cloud for Customer – Intermediate (3–5 years experience)
Salesforce – Service Cloud – Intermediate (3–5 years experience)

Project Details
The client is looking for a Project Manager that can manage a team implementing a Phone Bot and Chat Bot using Genesys software for the client's contact center team globally.
Current plan is for a 6–7 month project duration. The client needs someone with Omni-channel experience and integration experience with SAP C4C or Service Cloud V2.
