As an IT Project Manager, you will help lead technology initiatives that improve workflows, support operational excellence, and strengthen the delivery of patient care.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. The IT Project Manager works with stakeholders across the organization to support technology initiatives that improve clinical, operational, and business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of cost-benefit analyses.
  • Consult with management and stakeholders to evaluate project proposals, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage requests for changes to project scope or specifications.
  • Coordinate recruitment or assignment of project personnel and define responsibilities.
  • Define project scope, technical requirements, and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project and technical documentation.
  • Develop business processes that support successful project outcomes.
  • Develop project plans including scope, objectives, staffing requirements, schedules, risks, contingency plans, and resource allocation.
  • Develop quality assurance test plans and coordinate testing activities.
  • Direct and coordinate project activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
  • Identify project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and required tasks.
  • Participate in vendor and contract discussions related to project implementation.
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
  • Review project status and modify schedules and plans as necessary.

Working Hours:
