We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager IV to lead large, complex technology initiatives with significant organizational impact.

This is a forward-leaning project management role for someone who combines strong PM fundamentals with strategic thinking, proactive leadership, and a genuine interest in using emerging technology to work smarter. Experience leveraging AI tools and models such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity is a major plus.

The project portfolio will be focused largely on software implementation and software development initiatives, requiring someone who understands how to coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, and competing priorities throughout the technology delivery lifecycle.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage a project plan. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, anticipating challenges, bringing structure to complex situations, and helping technical and business teams make better, faster decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate multiple complex software implementation and software development projects, managing initiatives from planning and requirements through implementation, delivery, and adoption
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance documentation
• Understand business objectives, technical and functional requirements, dependencies, risks, and the full project lifecycle
• Identify risks, resource constraints, and potential roadblocks early—and implement mitigation strategies before they affect delivery
• Partner closely with business leaders, software development teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes
• Provide clear project performance reporting, executive communications, recommendations, and actionable insights
• Facilitate decision-making by presenting options, tradeoffs, risks, and potential solution paths
• Look for opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve project delivery, productivity, communication, analysis, and business outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of project management experience, including 3+ years supporting IT initiatives, OR 11 years of related business experience
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technology projects, particularly software implementation and/or software development initiatives
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• A forward-thinking mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies and better ways of working
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar AI tools is a major plus
