JOB TITLE: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex JD Edwards EnterpriseOne initiatives from initial planning through delivery and closeout. This role requires strong ownership of project scope, timelines, costs, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will bring a disciplined approach to delivery while adapting effectively to changing priorities and business needs.
Responsibilities- Lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related technology initiatives through planning, execution, implementation, transition, and completion.
- Establish project objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and measures of success.
- Track progress against approved plans and address changes involving scope, cost, timing, staffing, or deliverables.
- Identify delivery risks, issues, and constraints; create mitigation plans and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, vendors, consultants, and subject-matter experts.
- Maintain alignment with business and technology stakeholders through clear reporting, decision support, and expectation management.
- Oversee vendor commitments, contractual deliverables, statements of work, service measures, and supplier performance.
- Produce essential project materials, including plans, estimates, status updates, business cases, presentations, and post-project recommendations.
Qualifications- Direct experience managing projects involving JD Edwards EnterpriseOne; experience limited to other ERP platforms is not sufficient.
- At least three years of experience leading IT projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success delivering medium-to-large technology initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, application projects, or infrastructure work.
- Experience applying SDLC and PMLC practices within Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments.
- Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and change controls.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior business leaders, technology stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and external partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio, along with SharePoint or a comparable project collaboration platform.
- Bachelor's degree and strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and formal project documentation.
