
Project Manager - Multifamily Jobot

Project & Lifecycle Management: Plan, direct, execute, and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement projects from proposal/contract initiation to final operational stage according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Scope, Timeline & Cost Control: Define project scope, goals, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Estimate level of effort and costs, define timelines from kickoff through closing handoff, and re-forecast timelines/estimates while seeking approval for change orders.
Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events and mitigation actions.
Resource & Dependency Coordination: Acquire resources, allocate work packages, coordinate team members and third-party contractors/consultants, and identify/manage project dependencies and the critical path.
Communication & Reporting: Develop full-scale project plans, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Provide status reporting and communicate technical, Shared Services, and third-party issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Benefit Tracking: Conduct project retrospectives, create recommendation reports, ensure best practices/solid functional and technical standards, and partner with the business to create business cases and track benefits realization.
Relationship Management: Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, act as a point of contact to facilitate access to subject matter experts, and manage vendor relations and procurements.
People Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors while ensuring adherence to Corporate and PMO standards. Create a dynamic collaborative project team culture, set performance targets, and provide effective feedback throughout the performance management cycle.
Contract Management: Oversee and measure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, monitor performance against KPIs/SOWs, negotiate contracts, and develop strategies to address under-performance or compliance failures.
Sourcing & Vendor Selection: Research suppliers and markets, advise on alternative sourcing models and tendering procedures, and implement compliant procurement processes.
