IT Project Manager - Hybrid or Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager position with a Major Law Firm located in New York, NY, Washington, DC, or Minneapolis, MN.  This is a Hybrid role - must be able to go on site 3 days a week in one of the 3 locations.  This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour, W2, based on experience and qualifications

Position Overview:
This role involves managing a variety of IT projects within a polished, professional services environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing initiatives such as cloud management, data migration, ServiceNow implementations, and hardware refreshes while coordinating with diverse stakeholders, distributed teams, and external vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to cloud services and infrastructure
• Oversee the file migration of on-premise data stores
• Lead ServiceNow projects for Accounts Payable and other business functions
• Coordinate hardware refresh initiatives across the organization
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure project alignment and delivery

Core Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in professional services environments such as financial services, law, or insurance
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with various stakeholders and distributed teams
• Experience collaborating with project managers at third-party vendors, such as ServiceNow

Desired Skills:

• Experience in a law firm or with legal technology projects
