JOB TITLE: Senior Technical Project Manager (Payments Platform)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Project Managers to support a large-scale payment processing platform used by mid-sized businesses.
This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you will act as the central leader (“quarterback”) responsible for driving multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through execution. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, business stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and manage 5–8 concurrent projects, including both new implementations and ongoing support initiatives
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, product, stakeholders, clients, and vendors
- Support new client onboarding onto the payment platform
- Drive delivery of new features and use cases for existing clients
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Translate business needs into actionable plans for technical teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and status updates
- Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals
REQUIREMENTS:- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
PREFERRED:- Background in payments, financial technology, or credit card processing
- Familiarity with .NET and/or Azure-based platforms
- Prior technical or development experience (ability to interpret SOWs and technical documentation)
- Experience working in client-facing or highly collaborative environments
