Job Description

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile project delivery, Jira, and financial/budget management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver scope on time and within budget while aligning with stakeholder objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects using Agile methodologies while managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and remove impediments.
• Maintain Jira boards, backlogs, and reporting to track progress and dependencies.
• Manage project finances, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues with clear action plans.
• Provide concise status reporting and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate ceremonies, workshops, and decision forums to drive alignment and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management and Agile frameworks.
• Primary skill: Agile tools, especially Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficiency in reporting and presenting project status to leadership.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
• Knowledge of project and software development methodologies and techniques. Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
• Experience managing people and delivering functionality across multiple projects.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and working experience with Jira.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional areas.
• Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization.

Work Setup & Hiring Process

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC.
• Target start: Oct/Nov.
• Interview process: 1-2 rounds. Video and in-person required.
• ID verification via Glider.
