    Introduction

    Due to business needs, this role requires a specific start date. The position requires resources that can meet the outlined start date and adhere to a hybrid schedule of a minimum of 3 days per week.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Project Planning & Scheduling: Ability to create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
    • Scope Management: Defining and controlling what is included/excluded in the project.
    • Budgeting & Cost Management: Managing project budgets and ensuring financial control.
    • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks proactively.
    • Stakeholder Management: Building relationships and managing expectations across teams and clients.
    • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

    Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams.
    • Communicates work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
    • Facilitates routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
    • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
    • Gathers and facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
    • Ensures execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
    • Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.
    • Daily engagement with Product, Operations, and tech partners to scope, schedule, and track work.
    • Weekly stakeholder working group calls.
    • Tracking risks/issues/dependencies.
