Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Manager III to join our dynamic team supporting Enterprise Voice Change and Deployment for the HELM project focused on vulnerability remediation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise change management and telecom voice technologies and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery to achieve on-time, high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery using Enterprise Change tools and guidelines.
  • Manage resources across lines of business with matrix management responsibility.
  • Balance stakeholder engagement, technical requirements, scheduling, and milestone delivery.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation to maintain schedule and team performance.
  • Present progress and issues succinctly, propose solutions, and incorporate feedback.
  • Understand and manage stakeholder expectations and objectives.
  • Adjust to changing priorities and reallocate resources to optimize delivery across concurrent projects.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Maintain system-of-record inventory details and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Foundational understanding of telecom deliverables, including Cisco voice technologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Adaptive learning capability to adopt new systems and processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in technology delivery, governance, change management, or project delivery roles.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on project schedules.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BMC Remedy Change Management tools.
  • ServiceNow experience.
  • Network knowledge, including IP management and DHCP addressing.
