Description
The Interoperability PM III role is expected to lead complex enterprise initiatives, manage cross-functional stakeholders, drive governance, and successfully deliver large projects across technical and operational teams. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Healthcare IT project manager capable of leading complex interoperability initiatives involving Epic applications, data exchange technologies, integrations, and external provider connectivity. They should be comfortable operating with executive stakeholders, managing project governance, navigating organizational complexity, and driving projects to successful completion while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred.
Six (6) to eight (8) years of experience utilizing formal project management methodologies, techniques, tools, and best practices required.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent, large-scale, and/or highly complex projects within a matrixed environment.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated expertise in developing, maintaining, and managing project management deliverables, including:
Project Charters
Project Plans
Status Reports
Project Estimates
Communication Plans
Risk Management Plans
Budgets
Project Schedules
Milestone and Deliverable Tracking Reports
Demonstrated experience managing project scope, issues, risks, quality, budget, and timelines while delivering projects successfully and meeting business objectives.
Proficiency with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, building collaborative partnerships, and motivating project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
