FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

Oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects by managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals while maintaining quality and scope.

Monitors project progress, identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies, providing clear and consistent communication to senior leadership and stakeholders. Facilitates requirements gathering and documentation to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Leads and supports project team members, promotes accountability, and ensures adherence to organizational policies, governance standards, and project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

IT Project Manager - Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects, managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals and priorities
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key updates clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, documentation, and alignment of project deliverables
  • Lead, mentor, and support project team members to drive performance and accountability
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, governance standards, and project management best practices
  • Manage project scope and change control processes to maintain alignment with defined objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required

Master's degree preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Strong skills in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive project outcomes

Certifications (Preferred)

PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certifications preferred
