Job Summary

Southern Company Services is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager IV with 10+ years of IT project management experience to lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive Agile project execution, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead the delivery of complex IT projects from planning through implementation.

·Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.

·Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project reviews.

·Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to prioritize work and manage project execution.

·Track project status, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

·Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

·Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.

·Provide executive-level project reporting and ensure successful project delivery.

·Promote project management best practices and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

·10+ years of IT Project Management experience.

·Proven experience leading enterprise technology projects.

·Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

·Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

·Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.

·Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
