Senior IT Project ManagerLead High-Impact Technology Initiatives We're seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects focused within ETRM / CTRM that drive innovation, operational excellence, and business success. In this role, you'll oversee large-scale IT initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals. You'll play a key role in improving processes, managing project risk, and delivering technology solutions that create lasting business value. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects with significant business impact.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver successful technology solutions.
Provide leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, release management, and deployment.
Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and project teams.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, technology solutions, and operational efficiency.
Mentor team members and promote project management best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading information technology projects, or 11+ years of related business experience.
Focused experience in Commodity and Marketing & Trading Systems (ETRM / CTRM)
Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, project governance, risk management, and change management.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience leading enterprise software development or digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to identify innovative solutions that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Experience mentoring project teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
