Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge/experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities, routines with CFO Change and ePMO.
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.
- Manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
