Description

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities, including comprehensive program updates across multiple projects and workstreams. This role involves coordination with CFO Change and ePMO and has funding via Initiative.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating routines to support technology delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills in dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to promote/facilitate deliverable completion and timeline adherence across organizations.
  • Experience gathering and facilitating status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership, focusing on delivery, risks/issues, and schedules.
  • Ability to ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors/stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tracking success metrics and reviewing performance with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Knowledge of ensuring deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Strong skills in resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.
  • Capability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for [Company] on W2.
