Introduction

This role is responsible for managing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that significantly impact the company's operations. The position requires accountability for staff and budget, serving as the primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives. The role involves analyzing present-state, developing future-state approaches, and facilitating implementation while ensuring clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience (7 preferred), including at least 2 years in a combined Business Analyst / Project Manager role within a financial institution.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Credit and Market Risk Management systems, with strong knowledge of regulatory initiatives such as Dodd Frank, Volcker, and Basel.
• Solid understanding of Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities (FICC), and Equities OTC derivative products.
• Experience delivering complex regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Knowledge of the trade lifecycle, risk management processes, and front to back office flows.

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated competencies in business acumen, innovation, and creative problem solving.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own end to end project and program delivery for Traded Products initiatives.
• Analyze downstream data requirements and design end to end solutions enabling GMPP/Zinc to support key projects and programs.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), JIRA tickets, project plans, and resource allocation artifacts.
