Job Description:
IT Project Manager (Jira)
Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
This position is for a JIRA expert to support the global technology infrastructure organizations transition to a product-centric operating model. The role involves managing work for critical cross-organizational programs through JIRA. The specialist will ensure proper management of multiple programs, assist in the transition to JIRA, and develop processes, documentation, and training for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of JIRA expertise in complex environments, including proficiency with Issue Collectors, reporting, and JQL. Experience with AGILE project management principles is required.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Confluence site design, coding, and maintenance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week onsite in Chandler, AZ. The first day will be onsite.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate Range: $60.00/hr - $62.10/hr
