IT Project Manager

CyberLinx Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and cybersecurity environments. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning IT initiatives with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership and communication skills with a solid understanding of enterprise IT systems and project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and resource allocations
• Lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, applications, and support
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations

• Serve as primary liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and executives
• Facilitate planning sessions, technical discussions, and steering committee meetings
• Align project outcomes with business goals and ROI expectations
• Oversee projects involving platforms such as Microsoft 365
• Coordinate cloud and infrastructure initiatives in environments such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Manage system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and digital transformation efforts
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and risk management standards
• Reporting & Governance
• Track KPIs, budgets, milestones, and overall project performance
• Maintain documentation including project charters, timelines, financial tracking, and risk logs
• Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks and organizational standards
