About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to leading the delivery of technology solutions for a new manufacturing facility, coordinating across multiple enterprise applications and technology workstreams, and ensuring projects meet safety, budget, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT initiatives supporting a new manufacturing facility.
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
- Drive accountability for project deliverables across internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Coordinate activities across manufacturing, engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and IT teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with greenfield site implementations and/or plant shutdowns.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, WMS, shop floor technologies).
- Hands-on experience with validation processes (UAT, IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., tobacco, pharma) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
