The IT Project Manager will drive the operational execution of a large portfolio of internal-facing, web-based design and development projects from planning through delivery. Working across design, development, UX, UI, QA, and production teams, this role translates strategic direction and client requirements communicated through leadership into actionable plans, resource assignments, timelines, budgets, and release milestones.
The position requires a proactive, hands-on professional who can anticipate risks, remove bottlenecks, and pivot quickly while managing multiple concurrent projects in Agile, waterfall, Kanban, and sprint-based environments. Success in this role requires flexibility, tenacity, and organization to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with established processes.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage detailed project plans in coordination with internal teams and assign resources and set deadlines.
- Manage multiple concurrent web design and development projects across audits, remediation initiatives, redesigns, rebuilds, UX, UI, graphic design, email, PDF, and print production.
- Use ClickUp to manage project tasks, dependencies, resource assignments, priorities, deadlines, and delivery status.
- Coordinate workflows involving code repositories and tagging processes for staging and production releases.
- Monitor progress by identifying and resolving bottlenecks or risks to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate with supervisor to ensure client needs are translated into practical project plans.
- Ensure all internal project resources are aligned by organizing internal team meetings to maintain momentum and clarity with project tasks.
- Proactively identify issues that could affect timelines or quality and take steps to mitigate them.
- Provide regular project status reports to supervisor and internal stakeholders, outlining progress, potential risks, and solutions.
- Ensure that all projects meet the agency's standards for quality and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate with Client Account Manager for follow up.
- In addition to the specific duties outlined above, you may be required to perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or management.
Qualifications:Required:
- Experience with project management software ClickUp
- Experience managing a technical project, such as a website, through all steps of the software development cycle
- Experience managing graphic design, digital, print and PDF production projects
- Ability to adapt to strict client requirements for data handling and general security best practices and processes
- Fluent in English
- Eastern (GMT-5) working hours
Preferred (Optional):
- Waterfall and agile methodology is a plus
- Experience with video projects is a plus
- Content Management System (Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, AEM) experience-as a user or content manager-is a plus

Additional DetailsThe base range for this contract position is $31.67 - $41.67 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
