A financial services organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support key technology initiatives within a banking environment. The role will coordinate project activities from planning through execution, including schedules, budgets, issues, stakeholder communications, and project documentation. Candidates should have hands-on application or systems experience and be comfortable working within established IT project management processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage IT projects in accordance with established organizational policies, procedures, and project standards.
Coordinate project meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
Track project scope and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project budgets, spending, and related financial activity.
Coordinate with business, technology, and other project stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.
Track open issues, risks, action items, and follow-ups through resolution.
Prepare project documentation and supporting materials for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
Support application and systems-related initiatives and associated IT project management processes.
Perform additional project management activities as needed to support technology initiatives.
