IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives with a focus on system implementations, integrations, and ETL/data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing cross-functional teams, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Manage ETL and data migration initiatives, ensuring data quality, validation, and successful movement of data across enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and status reporting for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, data engineers, vendors, and third-party consultants.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, project planning, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Monitor project scope, dependencies, risks, and issues, driving resolution and escalation as needed.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
• Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing implementation, upgrade, migration, or integration projects.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, data migration, data validation, and data governance principles.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology projects involving multiple business units and enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, systems integrators, and external consulting partners.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused discussions and recommendations.
