Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex enterprise technology initiatives across multiple business functions. This senior-level role will be responsible for managing large-scale projects spanning infrastructure, applications, analytics, cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, and other strategic technology programs.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure project goals align with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Drive organizational change management efforts to support successful user adoption and business readiness.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate project governance activities and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Establish and promote project management best practices, standards, and processes.
  • Communicate project vision, strategy, milestones, and outcomes across all levels of the organization.
  • Support Agile delivery methodologies and collaborate with technical teams utilizing CI/CD practices and tools.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP and/or CRM implementations.
  • Proven experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and systems integrators.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Planview AdaptiveWork and Azure DevOps.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience engaging executive leadership.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a collaborative environment.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • ERP, CRM, MES, or PLM implementation and migration projects.
  • End-to-end carve-out, separation, integration, or transformation initiatives.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or Salesforce environments.
  • Agile project delivery frameworks and DevOps practices.
  • Enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
