Senior IT Project Manager / Scrum Master Phoenix, AZ

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Experience: 10+ Years

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to manage enterprise software implementation and application development initiatives. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, Agile/Scrum facilitation, status reporting, and delivery oversight.

The candidate will lead teams of 5+ resources, facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives, and coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, vendors, and leadership.

Required: 10+ years overall experience; 5+ years PM/Scrum Master experience with software implementations; 5+ years managing teams of 5+; 3+ years supporting IT development projects; strong Agile/SDLC knowledge; PMP or CSM certification.
