Senior IT Project Manager / Scrum Master Portland, OR

Location: Portland, OR
Experience: 10+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead software implementation and IT development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery, Agile/Scrum leadership, people management, and stakeholder coordination experience.

Responsibilities: Lead software implementation projects from planning through deployment; serve as Project Manager and/or Scrum Master; manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables; manage teams of 5+ resources; facilitate Scrum ceremonies; coordinate development, QA, business, and vendor teams; track project progress; prepare status reports; remove delivery impediments; and ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile practices.

Required: 10+ years overall experience; 5+ years as PM/Scrum Master for software implementations; 5+ years managing 5+ people; 3+ years with IT development projects; PMP or CSM certification.
