Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead multiple complex technology projects and programs with enterprise-wide impact
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, governance frameworks, and risk management strategies
Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and resource constraints before they impact delivery
Facilitate executive decision-making by presenting options, recommendations, tradeoffs, and action plans
Deliver clear project reporting, status communications, and performance insights to leadership
Partner with stakeholders to align project priorities with business objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging automation, AI capabilities, and innovative project methodologies

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of professional experience
Minimum 7 years of project management experience supporting technology initiatives, or equivalent combination of experience
Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional enterprise projects
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and governance processes
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
