Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives by managing cross-functional teams, project timelines, and resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile and Waterfall project management, sprint planning, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.
This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate technical teams, drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall project governance.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
    • Sprint Planning
    • Daily Stand-ups
    • Sprint Reviews
    • Sprint Retrospectives
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize project work.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and communicate project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Manage project documentation, change requests, issue logs, and project deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project management processes and team collaboration.
  • Ensure projects align with organizational standards, business goals, and quality expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Waterfall project management
    • Sprint planning and execution
    • Project lifecycle management
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Project planning
    • Resource management
    • Risk management
    • Dependency management
    • Scope management
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or IT modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, and software delivery best practices.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, enterprise technology, or large-scale corporate environments is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
