Job Description:
Purpose of the Position
- The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and recommending external and internal candidates for entry-level and experienced professional and technical positions, including Information Technology and industry-specific roles.
- Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onsite interviews, offers, and candidate closing.
- Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and conduct prescreening while moving candidates through the interview process in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and roles to be filled and review job descriptions for open positions.
- Partner with managers and HR teams to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and keep them informed of their application status.
- Leverage social media, local and online career fairs, and job boards to increase corporate visibility and identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a presence within the technical and industry community to develop recruiting contacts and candidate pipelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to support and achieve hiring goals.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments preferred.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management software preferred.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and effective in promoting the organization and career opportunities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
