IT Recruiter 6-Month Contract

GSD Search is partnering with an Indianapolis-based organization seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for a six-month contract assignment. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance

• Recruit for a range of IT and technical positions

• Build targeted candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels

• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, communication skills, and organizational fit

• Partner with hiring managers to refine requirements and provide market feedback

• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system

• Provide consistent communication and a professional experience throughout the recruiting process

Qualifications:

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, with an emphasis on IT or technical roles

• Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working a hybrid schedule in Indianapolis
