We are looking for an energetic, results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. If you enjoy finding top talent, building relationships, and closing candidates, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT professionals using job boards and other platforms.
- Screen and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Match qualified candidates to client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Meet recruiting goals and turnaround times.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of IT recruiting experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, CareerPlug, or similar recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
