Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an IT - Release Train Strategist II for their Toronto, ON/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate program increment (PI) planning sessions, ensuring alignment of team objectives with the organizational vision.
- Monitor progress across teams to ensure adherence to timelines and manage interdependencies within the release train.
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles and issues that affect release schedules and product quality.
- Work with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and capabilities for forthcoming releases.
- Encourage collaboration and improve communication between teams, fostering a continuous improvement culture.
- Generate and report key metrics to track release train performance and ensure continuous delivery is optimized.
Requirements:
- Must-have hard skills:
- 2+ years of RTE experience
- 2+ years of Regulatory experience
- 10+ years Project/Program Management experience (technology delivery, end to end)
- Scaled Agile experience
- Jira experience
- Soft skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong time management, priority management skills
- Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Nice-to-have
- Financial Acumen experience
- Banking or financial institution experience
- Previous Client experience (specifically Client wealth)
- Safe Agile certification
