Job Overview

As a Business Analyst Consultant & Technical Writer, you will be responsible for drafting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for complex projects. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and compliant documentation. The position offers a 12-month contract with no possibility for extension.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of technical writing experience in structured written materials and visual aids
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong proficiency in English with superb written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile, high-priority projects simultaneously
• Must be a South Carolina resident or willing to relocate at own expense

Preferences

• Experience interacting with project team members, management, and departments
• Previous public sector work experience
• Experience in Medicaid or other healthcare claims system(s) IT projects
