Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, QA, and User Acceptance Testing processes.
Design and support user interface testing and regression testing software.
Implement testing programs for quality assurance on technical applications.
Lead projects to perform quality assessments and identify areas for optimization.
Create quality assurance documentation and reports.
Coordinate with product development teams to recommend performance improvements.
Perform reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections adhering to governance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field (4 years of experience can substitute for formal education).
3 years of experience translating business requirements into test cases and scenarios.
2 years of experience testing IBM Curam software.
Experience in communicating and publishing status reports of open issues.
Preferences
5 years of experience with large enterprise or e-business systems.
Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, preferably Medicaid.
Proficiency in Atlassian tool suite including JIRA and Confluence.
Experience in both standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) and AGILE delivery.
Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources.
