Job Overview

As a Project Manager - Lead, you will manage several projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives. You'll collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders, leveraging both traditional and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage project activities for agency-wide initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Control scope and schedule to meet project deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct project status and review meetings, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain necessary project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Engage in process improvement and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage projects such as Mortgage Servicing and Production technology solutions, and more.

Requirements

• 5 Years of Experience in IT project management
• 3 Years of Experience in Hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) Project Management
• 3 Years of Experience in Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
• 3 Years of Experience in Risk, Resource, and Change Management
• 3 Years of Experience in Budget Planning
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification required or in process

Preferences

• Experience in Process Improvement
• Knowledge of Financial, Accounting, and Mortgage Principles
