IT Security Analyst

IT Security Analyst needs 3 years it sec. experience analyzes phishing emails and associated malware

IT Security Analyst requires:

* Understands and updates knowledge of core operating systems, applications, and networking functionality and concepts

* Hybrid 1-2 days wkly: Mason, OH; Foothill Ranch, CA

* Understands and facilitates company compliance with relevant regulations such as ADA, HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, PII, HITRUST and ISO 27002.

* SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewall, Endpoint, Proxy, Mail, Web Portal configuration and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

* Firewall or Endpoint or Proxy

IT Security Analyst duties:

* monitors, updates and configures security systems including siem, ids/ips, firewall, endpoint, proxy, mail, web portal configuration and data loss prevention (dlp) analyzes phishing emails and associated malware and engages support teams to contain, clean and recover

* ensures that proprietary / confidential data, systems and facilities are protected

* creates and implements standard operating policies, procedures, guidelines and processes for it security functions keeps abreast of emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities to maintain situational awareness and applies lessons learned to current procedures
