Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Customer Trust & Assurance IT Security Manager with broad, cross‑domain cybersecurity expertise to join our Customer Trust & Assurance team. In this highly visible role, you will not only serve as a trusted security partner to sales and business development teams, but also provide leadership in shaping how we engage with customers on security, privacy, and compliance. You will help translate our technical posture into clear, credible narratives that build confidence and enable growth.
You will lead the review and response to customer security inquiries-including questionnaires, assessments, and live customer discussions-ensuring responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with our certifications, policies, and technical documentation. Beyond execution, this role plays a key leadership function in strengthening customer trust, setting standards for quality and consistency, and elevating how security is represented across the organization. You will also bring real‑world customer insights and emerging trends back into the business to help influence internal priorities and continuous improvement.
As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will drive transparency, thought leadership, and proactive customer engagement, positioning trust and security as strategic differentiators in the market. Compensation:
$118,300.00 - $207,400.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
