The role involves ensuring platform stability, availability, security, and optimal performance while supporting business-critical analytics workloads.Key Responsibilities1. Production Support & OperationsProvide 24x7 support for Amazon Redshift clusters.Monitor cluster health, availability, and performance.Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.Participate in on-call rotations and production support coverage.Perform issue triage and root cause analysis (RCA).Coordinate with application, ETL, cloud, and infrastructure teams during incidents.Maintain SLA compliance for incident resolution and service requests.2.
