• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead 1–5 concurrent IT projects within a strong matrix environment using SDLC methodologies
• Develop and maintain:
  • Project plans
  • Communication plans
  • Risk management plans
  • Project artifacts/documentation
• Manage projects through:
  • Initiation
  • Execution
  • Implementation
  • Post-implementation / closure
• Ensure deliverables are:
  • On time
  • Within budget
  • Within scope
  • Aligned with BCBSSC standards
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders through:
  • Meetings
  • Status reports
  • Recaps
  • Project correspondence
• Monitor:
