TE Connectivity in Wayne, PA is looking for an IT Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst - Digital Customer Solutions. Specializing in Salesforce and Sales Technologies, play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Leverage Salesforce and other sales technologies to optimize and streamline business processes. Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and IT professionals to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring the successful implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions. Work together with business stakeholders to recognize and document business processes, objectives, and requirements related to their technology needs. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed and comprehensive business requirements. Act as the subject matter expert for digital sales and marketing technology platforms, providing guidance and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity. Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities to design and implement solutions that align with business goals. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solution designs. Ensure that documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and other business units, to ensure alignment and team work on projects. Participate in the development of prototypes or proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions. Act as voice of the end-user; have a deep knowledge of and respond to customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined; ensure teamwork product meets defined acceptance criteria. Inform and participate in business readiness; recognize the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance. Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement. Allocate best practices across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in ways of working within a value stream. Adopt an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment, promoting positive team culture, encouraging team work and self-organization. Demonstrate a commitment to continually improve, share learning with others and encourage team development. Deliver high quality work on tight deadlines. Requires 20% international travel to Mexico. Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
