IT Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to support employees with everyday technology issues including computers, phones, mobile devices, and network connections. This role is ideal for someone with about 2 years of IT support experience who enjoys helping people, fixing problems, and working hands-on with equipment. While much of the work is office-based, you will also support technology used in warehouse, yard, and outdoor work areas. Equipment may be dusty, dirty, or exposed to weather, so candidates must be comfortable working in those conditions when needed. The pay for this position is $30 - 33/hr and would be expected to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a rotating Saturday schedule of 7am to 1pm.

What You'll Do

Help employees with computer, software, phone, and technology issuesAnswer IT help desk requests and resolve problems quicklySet up and configure new laptops and desktop computersInstall programs and make sure equipment is ready for employees to useSupport Microsoft Office and Windows systemsSet up and manage mobile devices using Microsoft IntuneCreate and manage user accounts and permissions in Active DirectorySet up email accounts and mailbox accessAssist with printers, shared drives, and office technologySupport phone systems such as 3CX, Dialpad, or similar VoIP systemsDocument fixes and follow company IT proceduresPromote safe and secure technology use across the company

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of IT help desk or desktop support experienceIT certification required (examples include):

CompTIA A+Network+Microsoft certifications

Experience with Microsoft Intune or mobile device managementBasic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)Strong customer service skillsGood communication and problem-solving abilityComfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

Based at our Camden, NJ locationSome work takes place in warehouse or outdoor environmentsEquipment may be exposed to dust, dirt, noise, or weather conditionsMust be comfortable moving between office and operational areasAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbsOccasional evening or weekend support may be required
