We are seeking a highly qualified IT Service Desk II professional to join a well-rounded, collaborative team supporting multiple healthcare sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting executives and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level II service desk and field support across multiple locations

  • Support Windows 10 PC refreshes, ERM printing, and Windows/Azure Office products

  • Travel to remote offices (including Canton, NY) 1–2 times per month as needed (mileage reimbursed)

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, executives, and C-suite stakeholders

  • Participate in a rotating onsite schedule, with flexibility to help build weekly site visit plans

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5–7 years of IT support experience 

  • Strong Windows 10 and Microsoft/Azure product support

  • Healthcare IT background preferred

  • Experience with ITIL / ITSM frameworks (ITIL v4 preferred)

  • Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP preferred

  • Professional, outgoing, and team-oriented communication style
