Job Description :- A customer support mind-set and ability to work with senior level business leaders

- Strong communication and writing skills to document new or existing processes
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows 10 & Windows 11
- Good analytical, troubleshooting skills to solve complex IT problems
- Experience working with MAC OS
- High level of enthusiasm, willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions
- into daily tasks and assignments
Requirements :- Provide internal IT assistance to 3DS users through but not limited to phone, chat, and
internal tools. - Troubleshoot windows OS and iOS environments Install approved software
- Provide assistance to internal IT teams
- Support IT operations using Dassault Syste mes support tool.
- Follow, maintain DS set support KPIs (Approval workflows, resolution time, user respect & user satisfaction) Document procedures to ensure business continuity
