Job Summary:

The IT Site Lead manages the daily IT operations at our Glen Burnie, MD office, ensuring reliable technology services and acting as the primary liaison between the local business users and central IT functions. This role ensures the availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure while providing leadership to the local IT support team. The IT Site Lead collaborates with business stakeholders and corporate IT teams to deliver technology solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations for the assigned site rn
• Supervise and mentor local IT support staff and technicians rn
• Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues rn
• Perform desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and peripheral support rn
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure rn
• Monitor network connectivity, servers, and system performance rn
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and compliance standards rn
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls rn
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, maintenance, and support rn
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives rn
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing rn
• Prepare IT operational reports, documentation, and performance metrics rn
• Participate in IT projects including system implementations, office moves, and technology upgrades rn
• Act as the primary liaison between site leadership and corporate IT teams rn
• Uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations rn
• Complete other duties as assigned by the IT Director rn
